Just wanted to tell you all what a great job you do for our pool and much I appreciate it.
As prez, I get all the complaints so it’s always nice when one area of our organization is working so well that I never get a complaint, which is precisely what I want.
The pool is one of those areas.  It looks great and runs effortlessly (to me at least!).
I was down there at the Splasher’s practice Friday and I didn’t hear one “My kids eyes are burning” or “The pool looks cloudy” or “The pool is dirty” comment. This speaks to your company’s considerable effort on behalf of the LHCA.  And I greatly appreciate your working with Andrew and seeming to make his life as a volunteer as easy as possible.  Just wanted you all to know that I appreciate and value your company’s efforts on our behalf.  Please consider LHCA a strong client reference.

to good is that the technician left a cigarette butt in my yard-not a huge deal-but that just sort of bugged me. My
problem with my pool heater was fixed fast and my heater is working better than ever-and they really were very courteous and friendly!"
